WE ALL HAVE SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF!!!

As we come to the end of yet another year, we need to remember how important it is to take a look back. Often when we do this, we remember the mistakes that we made or the things that we did not get to do. However that is not what this post is about. Instead, I challenge you to look back at the first 4 months of your grade 6 year and find a least one task that you are proud of.
Here are the rules.....
1. Find a task that you are proud of.
2. Take a picture or attach the file if it is electronic
3. Post about why you are proud of the task that you chose.

Remember that you must do a rough plan in your books to ensure that you are planning our your writing before you build your blog.

Remembrance Day

The students are busy memorizing their lines and finishing their art project for our presentation at the Remembrance Day Assembly on Wednesday at 9:30 am. The whole school will be remembering the sacrifices that our Canadian heroes endured for our freedom.

This week, my students will are also working on a plan for Barrie's Future Memorial park as tribute to show their appreciation for our Troops, past,                                                                                         present and future.

Look for their personal posts of what they feel would honour our soldiers later this week.

Welcome to my BLOG!

I am excited to be learning new things today.  Blogging is a great opportunity to share what  is going on in our classroom. It is also a great way to give the students the chance to showcase  their learning.

I am ready to begin this AWESOME adventure.

Stay tuned for more...
